This warranty covers the lifetime of your Ringo product for the original purchaser, under normal use, against defects in materials and workmanship.

What "Lifetime" Means

For this warranty, "lifetime" means the expected, useful life of the product under normal use conditions — not the lifetime of the purchaser. Like all physical products, Ringo will naturally show wear over time depending on frequency of use, environment, and care. Once the product has reached the end of its expected life due to normal wear, this warranty no longer applies.

Who's Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from an authorized Ringo retailer or our website is required to make a claim.

What's Covered

We'll repair or replace (at our sole discretion) any Ringo product that has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship during its lifetime.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Fading, scratches, chips, or cosmetic damage
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage
