Thank you for your order and for joining the Ringo community! We're thrilled to have you on board, and we’re committed to providing you with a top-tier purchasing experience. As Ringo continues to grow beyond expectations, we’ve created the following policies to ensure every aspect of your “Ringo Experience” is clear and enjoyable.

Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked return policy within 30 days of receiving your order. To make things easy, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received the returned item, minus a 10% restocking fee.

Please ensure that returned items are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or missing packaging may be subject to a reduced refund.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you’d like, we can provide a return shipping label for a fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as refunds are only processed upon receipt of the returned item. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or mishandled during return shipping.

Exclusions:
Discounted or custom items are not eligible for return. Since our Ringo boards are made from 100% maple, each one is unique with its own distinct wood grain and natural features. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns based on the appearance of the wood.


Shipping

Orders typically take up to two business days to be processed and shipped from our headquarters in Southern New Hampshire. Please note that delivery timelines provided by the carriers are estimates. While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control.

At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
